The utkarshita service incorporates open source software components. The licence terms set out below form the contractual basis on which those components are used and are reproduced here in satisfaction of the attribution and notice conditions those licences impose.
Scope. This notice concerns the open source components incorporated into the utkarshita service. The licence terms referenced below govern the use of those components and, in respect of them, prevail over the Terms of Service.

Each component listed in this notice is licensed under the terms identified against it. Those terms govern the use of the component concerned and prevail over any inconsistent provision of the Terms of Service to the extent of the inconsistency.
Identification of a component in this notice is made solely in satisfaction of the notice and attribution conditions of the applicable licence. It does not constitute an endorsement by, or an affiliation with, the copyright holder, and it does not grant any right in respect of utkarshita's own software, marks, designs or editorial material, which remain governed by the Terms of Service.

3.Written offer
Certain of the licences identified above require that the corresponding source code be made available. In respect of any component so licensed, utkarshita hereby offers, to any third party, a complete machine-readable copy of the corresponding source code, together with a copy of the applicable licence text, on written request directed to utkarshita through Support.
This offer is valid for the period the applicable licence requires. A request must identify the component concerned.
4.Completeness of this notice
The component-attribution register above is generated from the dependency licence-exception register and the self-hosted-font licence manifest enforced by utkarshita's build. Each font's complete licence text is published at the path identified in its attribution. An attribution cannot enter a release without its exact wording appearing in this notice, and the build fails where either authority, a public font-licence file, the generated projection or this document is stale or disconnected.
